Muchona Progress Moonze
Board President

Muchona Progress Moonze is a Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing since 2003. He is a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional with over 27 years’ record of achievement, with a demonstrated success in driving sales growth while providing sales leadership in highly competitive tasks, Profit and Loss and Budget management experience with good knowledge of Markets mostly in TELCO, NGOs, FMCG (Beverages, Dairy, Solar, Food & Personal Care) environments and retail.


Mr. Moonze has also worked in Channel execution management (General trade, Modern trade and HORECA) Channels in Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Southern DRC, and Kenya. He is highly knowledgeable in Trade Execution, Key Account Management, Development of start-up businesses & Route-to-Market Management & Development, Program operations, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Distribution and Route management.

He is a holder of a Master of Arts Degree in Gender and Development Studies, A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration, A Diploma in Project Management and Planning, A Diploma in Management Studies, A Diploma in Marketing Management, A Diploma in Sales Management and Marketing, Certificate in Management Studies. Aside from the same he holds a number of in-house management based certificates.


Mirriam Mwale – Pumulo is a Card Business & E-Channels Specialist with close to three decades of experience in the Banking industry – 13 years in Technology, 9 years in Operations and 5 years in the Commercial Division.


In her former role as Head Alternate Banking at Zambia National Commmercial Bank Plc (Zanaco), she was instrumental in the Development of Channel Sales Strategy, offering consulting services with partner banks in Card Business, Delivery of a positive Profit & Loss – revenue performance, Team Development and Coaching/mentoring.


She is a Co-founder of Card Plus Integrated Solutions - Consultancy.


Mrs Mirriam Mwale Pumulo holds a Master in Business Administration (Edinburgh Business School), Institute of Data Processing Management Diploma (IDPM), Card & Digital payments certificate, Retail Banking Certificate (London Business School) and Card Business certificates (Visa Business School).

Beatrice Lishomwa currently serves as Finance Manager at A Chance for Change Foundation and CEO of Tabo-Lilato Corporation. Before this, she worked for African Life Assurance Company, now Sanlam, as an Administrative Officer for four years. She then moved to Cavmont Bank as a Teller before her Sales Advisory position, where she served for three years and later was promoted to a Branch Administrator position for four years.

Beatrice brings her vast bank corporate experience and comprehensive set of skills to the board of A Chance for Change Foundation with her position of Treasurer.

Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and currently is pursuing a Masters from The University of Zambia.

Vanessa Kayula Wright is a seasoned Business Development and Strategic Marketing professional with an exceptional track record in Sales and Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Brand Management and Strategic Analysis for a variety of brands.


She has experience in the effective conceptualization of marketing plans through creative and innovative thinking as well as executing campaigns aimed to establish brand awareness, increase sales, and grow the overall revenue of organizations. With over seven years in the Financial Services and Investment management industry, she has professional expertise in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through strategic brand positioning and implementation of effective strategic plans.


In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys blogging, cooking, travelling and serving her local community to serve underprivileged societies. With her vast highlighted experience, she hopes to contribute to the growth of the foundation.

Vasco Sikanyeu is an entrepreneur and founder of the SKS Realidad group of companies. Before becoming a full-time Managing Director of SKS in 2018, Vasco was the General Manager of the Agricultural and Commercial Society of Zambia from 2011 and served on its board of directors. As the General Manager, played a key role in developing the master plan for the re-development of the Showgrounds in Lusaka and construction of the Members Pavilion.


Prior to joining the Agricultural and Commercial Society of Zambia, Vasco was the Farm Manager at Zambia Sugar Plc from 2006 to 2011 and was responsible for growing and managing the sugar cane farm for the company. From 2004, he worked for Mpongwe Development Company as an Area Manager managing Chambatata Farm. Vasco possesses a master’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Free State University and a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from the University of Zambia.

Vasco enjoys jogging but can also be found serving those in need through activities carried out by the Lions Club.

Mr Patrick Mfungo has over ten years of experience working in the Ministry of Finance in the area of Fiscal Policy and Public Financial Management. He has held various positions including Senior Budget Analyst, Executive Assistant to the Secretary to the Treasury, Principal Economist under the Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations Unit and is currently serving as Principle Economist (Policy and Analysis) in the Investments and Debt Management Department.


Mr Mfungo holds an MSc degree in Financial Economics from the University of Bradford in the UK, an MA in Economic Policy and a BA in Economics from the University of Zambia. He also has specialized training in courses such as Public Policy and Financial Management, project appraisal and risk management, Banking and Financial Market operations, Fiscal Decentralization and Local Government Financial Management and Disaster Risk Financing.

Sylvia Ngoma Lumbwe an accomplished Corporate Banker joins the Board for A Chance for Change Foundation (AC4CF) with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Sector. Sylvia has worked specifically in Corporate & Investments Banking and Global Markets for three of the largest Banks in the Zambian market.


Sylvia with a proven track record of working and managing teams has developed expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning and Evaluations, Stakeholder Engagement, Portfolio Management and Risk and Governance. Sylvia over the years and during her banking career has held various roles namely Head Public Sector & Diversified Portfolio and Head International Development Group (IDG) with Stanbic Bank Zambia and as Head Treasury Sales and Sales Dealer with ZANACO and Barclays (Absa) respectively.


Sylvia holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School UK, a postgraduate with Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) the UK, A Diploma with the Institute for the Management of Information System (IMIS) the UK and a Certificate with the Financial Markets (ACI) of France. Sylvia currently serves on the District 413 Lions Club International Board in Zambia as District Commissioner Hunger. Sylvia is the immediate past president of Lions Club of Roma which is part of District 413. Sylvia held this position from 2020 to 2021.

Chisenga Mwape is a Construction specialist with a BSc in Quantity Surveying from The Copperbelt University and 7 years of experience ranging from Public to Private Sector. Chisenga takes interest in being of service to others which is why she is a trained Malaria Wellness, Child Protection and Community development (construction) volunteer working with different entities.


As an experienced entrepreneur that has started businesses from scratch in the construction sector, fashion industry and Finance, Chisenga is passionate about helping upcoming entrepreneurs learn the ropes and building businesses that stand the test of time.

Faith Prospelina
Non-Executive Director

Faith is a marketing communication and Public Relations strategist with over 12 years of experience in Marketing Strategy Formulation, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Banking, Events Management and Brand Activations.


Faith derives her satisfaction from serving humanity. As she believes that "Service to humanity is the best work of life."

As a young person, she always involved herself with community work and youth community empowerment programs.

As she grew up, she continued to realize that regardless of what she did and achieved personally. Her accurate fulfilment came from giving herself to others and extending a helping hand. She now associates herself with empowering women with seed capital to grow their business, a project she intends to expand once she completes her concept paper.

Apart from that, Faith is very passionate about transforming the entrepreneurship landscape of Zambian brands; her goal is to unite and bring harmony and ownership to Zambian Brands by taking and appreciating local products. A project she is currently pursuing in conjunction with the Zambian government.

Buumba Siamalube is an Economist working for the British Council as the Projects Officer. Buumba has experience and qualifications in Economic Policy, Project Management, Professional Marketing (with a focus on integrated communication and digital marketing), business development and policy advocacy.


Buumba is passionate about the inclusion of all people in society, and he supports this through education, arts, cultural relations, gender inclusion, entrepreneurship and sustainable innovations.


Further, Buumba leads the British Council country team to promote child protection, staff wellbeing and inclusion as the Child Protection Deputy Focal Point, Local Staff Association President and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator.
